What data we process
Only what you provide in the contact form: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We also record the date of submission and the page it was sent from. Name, email, type of need and message are necessary to be able to reply to you; the rest is optional, and not providing it has no consequence beyond us not being able to use it to coordinate.
What for, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your inquiry: with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
- Preparing, if you request one, a service proposal: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we hand it to third parties for commercial purposes. No automated decisions with legal effects are made about you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for 12 months if they do not lead to a business relationship, and for the legally required periods when they do.
Processors and international transfers
To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (web hosting and CDN), Google LLC (email) and n8n GmbH (n8n Cloud, form processing, hosted in the European Union). Transfers to the United States arising from Cloudflare and Google are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to fermin@synkorai.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
